Non formal education /The main topic of my training is the “Process of internal motivation of the employees”. Motivation and good communication between the manager and the employee is a key factor for the successful work of the companies. A company may have the best technologies, work machines, and processes, but if there are no motivated and skilled workers, there is no achievement of high productivity. employees, what is the level of their commitment and the results they give in terms of performance . The biggest impact for motivated employees is open communication, clearly defined tasks and confidence in the organizational culture of the company.Motivation can be based on personal satisfaction (what the employee wants to do) or commitment based (what he personally thinks he should do). This is a topic that has no end, so I am motivated to pass it on to those who love it …
As for my formal education Marketing Manager and my many years of experience as a Sales Manager is essentially a blend of my non formal education, satisfaction and work. Marketing is the process by which companies work to understand consumers to create value for customers and build strong relationships with them, satisfaction. The value chain of a company is as strong as its weakest link. Success depends on how well each department does its job and how well the activities of the various departments are coordinated. (communication between them) My motto that guides me through the marketing process is good communication with employees, customer information and good collaboration with co-workers. A common mistake for companies is to sell what the company produces rather than produce what the market demands. Instead of marketing concept “make and sell” philosophy directed product marketing concept should be directed to the buyer “Feel and answers” that sees marketing not as “hunting” but as “gardening”.
